Ingredientes

 2 paquetes de Espaguetis The Konjac Shop
 1 caldo de pollo
 100 grs de zanahoria rallada
 100 grs de calabacín
 1 cebolla morada
 1 limón exprimido
 2 cucharadas de salsa de soja
 2 pechugas de pollo (unos 350g)
 1 huevo batido
 1 aguacate

Preparación

En una cazuela calentamos el caldo de pollo con el limón, la salsa de soja, la cebolla cortada, el calabacín y la zanahoria

Sopa con huevo y aguacate y fideos konjac shirataki

Cuando rompa a hervir echamos las pechugas de pollo y dejamos que se cocinen. cuando estén hechas (unos 5 minutos) sacamos las pechugas y las reservamos (las desmenuzaremos para servir por encima al final).

Apagamos el fuego y echamos el huevo batido removiendo con un tenedor para crear hilos de huevo.

Servimos calentita y echamos por encima el pollo mechado que teníamos reservado y unas rodajas de aguacate.

Instrucciones

Cuando rompa a hervir echamos las pechugas de pollo y dejamos que se cocinen. cuando estén hechas (unos 5 minutos) sacamos las pechugas y las reservamos (las desmenuzaremos para servir por encima al final).

Apagamos el fuego y echamos el huevo batido removiendo con un tenedor para crear hilos de huevo.

Servimos calentita y echamos por encima el pollo mechado que teníamos reservado y unas rodajas de aguacate.
